Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, grounds & amenities
• Complete work orders and unit turns
• Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff
• Respond to on-call and emergency requests
• Coordinate vendors and manage inventory/budget
• Ensure OSHA, EPA & Fair Housing compliance
• Deliver excellent resident service

Requirements

• 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
• HVAC experience with EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Strong electrical, plumbing & general maintenance skills
• Supervisory experience preferred
• CPO certification a plus
• Reliable transportation, basic tools & on-call availability
