What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct community tours, and close leases
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents
• Manage leasing process from first contact through move-in
• Maintain accurate records in property management software
• Ensure model apartments and vacant units are tour-ready
• Assist with marketing efforts and outreach to local businesses
• Respond to resident inquiries and support retention efforts
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (training available)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and social media
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability required (Saturdays)
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
