What You’ll Do:

• Complete apartment repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
• Respond to service requests & after-hours emergencies
• Maintain property buildings, grounds & amenities
• Ensure safety, compliance & property upkeep

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC experience required; EPA Certification preferred
• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to handle on-call rotation & physical tasks
• Basic tools & reliable transportation
• Strong communication & customer service skills
