What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas
• Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Maintain grounds, buildings, amenities, and equipment
• Handle after-hours emergency maintenance calls
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior maintenance experience (preferably in multifamily housing)
• HVAC experience required; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Pool maintenance experience and CPO a plus
• Reliable transportation and basic tools required
• Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly
