Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a ~200-unit apartment community
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable leasing and maintenance teams
• Drive occupancy, leasing velocity, renewals, and delinquency performance
• Manage budgets, expenses, and contribute to NOI growth
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
• Track and improve KPIs to optimize asset performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience (required)
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financials, and property performance
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
