West End Living is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting a unique portfolio of four apartment communities in Nashville’s Hillsboro Village area. HVAC experience is required, and EPA certification is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and general property upkeep
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and emergency maintenance calls
• Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive apartment homes and common areas
• Maintain and organize maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
• Support preventative maintenance programs and property inspections
• Follow OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards
• Participate in the property’s after-hours on-call rotation

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
• Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs.
