Chapel Ridge of Martin Apartments is seeking an experienced Property Manager with strong LIHTC/tax credit experience. Lead daily operations at our established affordable housing community (96 apartment homes) just minutes from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community
• Ensure continued compliance with affordable housing regulations
• Lead and support leasing and maintenance teams
• Manage budgets, occupancy goals, and financial performance
• Maintain a high standard of resident satisfaction and community appearance

What You Bring

• 5+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• A passion for affordable housing and serving residents with excellence
