What You'll Do

• Complete service requests and apartment turns
• Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry issues
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Maintain community grounds and common areas
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Follow OSHA and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) REQUIRED
• CPO Certification REQUIRED
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
