What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing experience is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata is a plus
• Comfortable using social media for marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work Saturdays

What You'll Do

• Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents
• Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Maintain model apartments and ensure curb appeal
• Assist with resident retention and community events
• Perform daily property inspections
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing documentation
• Follow Fair Housing and company policies at all times
