What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Previous Assistant Community Manager or strong Leasing Professional experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with delinquency, collections, and resident accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience is a plus)
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences

What You'll Do

  • Support daily operations alongside the Community Manager
  • Assist with leasing, resident retention, and marketing initiatives
  • Manage resident accounts, collections, and delinquency
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects
  • Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals
  • Support hiring, training, and development of onsite team members
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and property standards
