What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for an apartment community
• Supervise and support a maintenance team to ensure service excellence
• Coordinate apartment turns, work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships
• Troubleshoot and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and uphold community standards

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required
• EPA Certification Required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• General maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
