We are seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor with strong HVAC experience to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, deliver excellent resident service, and help maintain a clean, safe, and thriving community.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations for all buildings, grounds, and community amenities
- Complete service requests and apartment make-readies in a timely manner
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs and participate in after-hours/on-call rotation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Coordinate and oversee vendor services and in-house maintenance work
- Assist with interviewing, training, and supervision of maintenance, custodial, or grounds team members
- Monitor inventory and assist with maintaining maintenance budgets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and vendors
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily/apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong HVAC experience required
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
- Ability to take after-hours emergency calls
- Must have basic maintenance tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to walk the property regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
