Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
• Prior Maintenance Supervisor experience preferred
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) REQUIRED
• CPO Certification REQUIRED
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to participate in after-hours emergency calls
• Must have reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for an 88-unit apartment community
• Complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns/make-readies
• Maintain grounds, building systems, and community appearance
• Coordinate and supervise vendor work
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
• Maintain inventory and operate within budget expectations
• Deliver excellent service to residents while maintaining a safe, well-kept community
