As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day community operations, driving occupancy, maintaining resident satisfaction, and assisting with financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
- Support leasing efforts, resident retention, and occupancy goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and financial reporting
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and community documentation
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of onsite team members
- Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate resident files, lease documentation, and rent roll reporting
- Conduct leasing tours and effectively present apartment homes and community amenities
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and lease conversions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and operational standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily property leasing experience
- Strong customer service and resident relations skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Leasing, collections, or occupancy management experience
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
