Key Responsibilities

• Tour apartment homes and community amenities with prospective residents
• Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
• Convert leads into signed leases through strong customer service and follow-up
• Answer phones, respond to emails and online inquiries, and follow up promptly
• Maintain leasing traffic, resident files, and property records accurately
• Assist with applications, lease paperwork, and move-in coordination
• Ensure model apartments and vacant units are clean and ready to show
• Support resident retention efforts, community outreach, and marketing initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• No prior leasing experience required; training provided
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or office support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
