What You’ll Do

As Community Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while leading your team to achieve operational and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
• Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance teams
• Manage budgets, expenses, collections, and delinquency
• Ensure strong resident satisfaction and customer service
• Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal standards
• Oversee vendor relationships, compliance, and reporting
• Execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize performance

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills
• Experience with leasing, resident relations, collections, and financial performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Entrata experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
