HVAC Troubleshooter / Installer – Louisville, KY

We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Troubleshooter / Installer to support a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Louisville, KY area. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who can confidently diagnose issues, complete installs, and keep systems running efficiently in a fast-paced residential environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues across multiple apartment communities
• Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Work with heat pumps, split systems, and package units
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
• Partner with property teams to deliver excellent resident service

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (troubleshooting + installation)
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience in multifamily/property management preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage service requests efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
