What We're Looking For

• Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience (leasing experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Availability to work Saturdays

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct community tours
• Assist with leasing applications, paperwork, and resident files
• Follow up with prospects and help maintain occupancy
• Market the community and maintain the leasing office and model
• Provide excellent service to current and future residents
