$20-$24/Hour + Monthly Commissions + Excellent Benefits

The Palmer Apartments is looking for an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team! If you have 2-3 years of apartment leasing experience, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by helping people find their next home, we'd love to hear from you.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) and lease-up experience are strongly preferred but not required.

What You'll Do

• Tour prospective residents and confidently close leases
• Follow up with leads to maximize occupancy
• Process applications, lease documents, and move-in paperwork
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and future residents
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewals
• Conduct outreach marketing and promote the community through social media and local events
• Ensure model apartments and vacant homes are clean and show-ready
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of apartment leasing experience required
• Lease-up experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Ability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule
• High school diploma or GED required
