Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager. This role is ideal for a strong leader with experience in multifamily property management, renovations, occupancy growth, resident retention, budgeting, and team leadership.
We are looking for a motivated professional who can successfully oversee daily operations while helping guide community renovations, unit upgrades, and capital improvement projects.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience
- Previous apartment community management experience
- Renovation, value-add, or capital project experience required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing occupancy, resident retention, delinquency, and property performance goals
- Experience with budgets, expense control, vendor management, and financial reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred:
- Experience with Entrata property management software
- Experience managing unit renovations, rehabs, or community repositioning efforts
Community Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of a multifamily apartment community, ensuring strong financial and operational performance
- Lead, coach, and support office and maintenance team members
- Drive occupancy goals, leasing performance, resident retention, and customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, NOI performance, expense control, delinquency, and reporting
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and community standards
- Coordinate vendors and oversee renovation projects, capital improvements, and apartment upgrades
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and operational reporting
- Support hiring, training, and performance management of team members
