Now Hiring: Regional Manager – Multifamily Portfolio (Chattanooga / Knoxville)

Brookside Properties is actively seeking an experienced Regional Manager (Multifamily Property Management) to oversee a multi-site apartment portfolio across the Chattanooga and Knoxville markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven Regional Manager with a proven track record in multifamily operations, occupancy growth, revenue performance, and team leadership.

If you’re experienced in managing multiple communities and know how to drive NOI, leasing performance, and operational excellence, this role offers the ability to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across a multifamily apartment portfolio (multi-site)
• Drive occupancy, rent growth, and NOI performance
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers, Leasing Teams, and Maintenance Supervisors
• Analyze financial reports, budgets, and KPIs to improve performance
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and operational audits
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Partner with senior leadership on portfolio strategy and execution
• Support recruiting, hiring, and training across communities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
• 2+ years as a Regional Manager (or strong Senior Property Manager ready to advance)
• Experience managing multiple properties or large apartment communities
• Strong knowledge of NOI, budgeting, and financial performance
• Proven ability to increase occupancy and drive revenue growth
• Hands-on leadership style with strong team development skills
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting, analysis)
