What You’ll Do

• Monitor pool activity to ensure resident and guest safety
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
• Administer CPR/First Aid when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool area
• Enforce community pool rules and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Complete daily logs and basic reports

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Current Lifeguard Certification + CPR Certification required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert
• Calm, confident decision-making in emergency situations
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in summer weather conditions
• Able to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
