What You’ll Do

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
• Perform repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry
• Assist with unit turns (make-readies)
• Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide solutions
• Support preventative maintenance programs
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies

What You Need

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Reliable transportation + basic tools
• Ability to be on-call as needed
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

Big Plus

• Apartment/multifamily experience
• Pool experience
• EPA Certification already in place
