What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead maintenance operations across two communities
• Handle work orders, service requests, and unit turns
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances
• Supervise and support maintenance staff
• Coordinate vendors and control expenses
• Ensure property standards and resident satisfaction stay high
• Participate in on-call rotation

What You Need

• 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor (multifamily preferred)
• EPA Certification REQUIRED (Type II or Universal)
• Strong HVAC experience (this is critical)
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and repairs
• Leadership experience (you can run a team, not just work solo)
• Reliable transportation + tools

Big Plus (Not Required)

• Multisite experience
• Pool experience / CPO
• Renovation or CapEx project exposure
