What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations for multiple LIHTC/tax credit communities
• Ensure full compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations and audits
• Lead, coach, and develop onsite teams (leasing + maintenance)
• Drive occupancy, collections, and financial performance
• Manage budgets, reporting, and expense control
• Maintain strong resident relations and community standards
• Prepare for and successfully pass state and investor inspections

What You Bring

• 2+ years of LIHTC/tax credit Property Manager experience (required)
• Prior multisite experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance (HUD, LIHTC)
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience with budgets, reporting, and occupancy goals
• Proficiency in property management software + Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
