What You’ll Do

• Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Tour prospects, close leases, and manage renewals
• Ensure model units and tour paths are market-ready
• Maintain accurate leasing traffic, reports, and resident files
• Respond to prospects and residents promptly and professionally
• Execute applications, screening, and lease documentation
• Assist with marketing efforts, social media, and outreach
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background required
• Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-driven
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
• Saturday availability required
