What You’ll Do

• Complete service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Prepare apartments for new residents (turns/make-readies)
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Assist with inventory and maintenance supplies
• Respond to on-call/emergency maintenance as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
• CPO certification or pool experience is a plus
• Ability to work on-call rotations
• Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED

Work Environment

This position will float between The Everly and The Palmer, providing support where needed. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork across communities.
