$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

• $1,000 paid after 90 days of employment

What You’ll Do

• Complete service requests and apartment turns (make-readies)
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and community amenities
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including after hours
• Manage maintenance inventory and supplies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• HVAC experience required (EPA Type II or Universal preferred)
• Experience in apartment/multifamily maintenance strongly preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
• Own basic tools + reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
