Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at Views at Signal Mountain, a 124-unit apartment community in Chattanooga, TN.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all daily operations of a 124-unit apartment community
• Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
• Manage budgets, collections, and NOI performance
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company standards
• Deliver a high-quality resident experience
• Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve community goals

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Proven success as a Property Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience with budgets, collections, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with renovations or value-add communities is a plus
