What You’ll Do

• Welcome prospects and provide engaging apartment tours
• Convert tours into signed leases and move-ins
• Maintain leasing records and CRM updates
• Prepare model apartments and ensure strong curb appeal
• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and outreach
• Provide outstanding service to current and future residents

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2yrs Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work Saturdays as part of the leasing schedule
• Entrata experience a plus
