Salary: $70,000 + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Community Manager to oversee Views of Brentwood, a beautiful apartment community in one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods.

A Day in the Life

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident services
• Coach, mentor, and motivate your team
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction
• Manage budgets, collections, and property reporting
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Experience leading leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus
• Bilingual helpful but not required

• Lead daily operations of the apartment community

• Manage team development, training, and mentoring
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and property systems
