What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred – training available
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
• Social media savvy (especially Facebook & Instagram)
• Able to walk properties, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs
• Saturday availability required

What You’ll Do:

• Tour prospects and complete lease agreements
• Support new and current residents through the leasing process
• Keep model units and records updated and tour-ready
• Build community connections and promote The Everly
• Uphold Fair Housing and company standards
