• 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Saturday availability required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, not required
• Tech-savvy with Outlook, Word, Excel; Entrata & social media a plus
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments and manage resident files
• Tour and maintain model units
• Provide excellent service to prospects and residents
