Who You Are

• 2–3+ years of property management experience (required)
• Multi-site or portfolio management experience (strongly preferred)
• Lease-up experience a plus
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Confident, energetic leader who motivates teams and leads by example
• Resident-focused with a sharp operational mindset
• Comfortable coaching teams in leasing, marketing, maintenance coordination, and collections
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Entrata is a plus

What You’ll Own

• Lead day-to-day operations across one or more residential communities
• Drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and NOI performance
• Improve rent collections and proactively reduce delinquency
• Conduct property walks and ensure strong curb appeal standards
• Hire, train, mentor, and support site-level office and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
• Manage budgets and oversee expense controls
• Serve as a point leader for resident satisfaction and issue resolution
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to senior leadership
