The Role

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee all maintenance operations while working closely with site leadership to maintain high standards across the community. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure residents receive prompt, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for the community
• Respond to service requests and coordinate after-hours emergencies
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance and custodial staff
• Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budgeting
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry
• Proven leadership skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Reliable, organized, and service-oriented
