We’re hiring a Floating Leasing Professional to support multiple apartment communities across Middle Tennessee. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, sales, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Leasing experience preferred; strong sales/customer service required
• Flexible schedule; Saturdays as needed
• Willingness to travel between properties
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Bilingual a plus
• Entrata and social media experience preferred
• Able to walk properties, climb stairs, lift up to 25lbs

• Lease apartments and conduct tours
• Support multiple communities as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain leasing files and apartment readiness
• Assist with marketing and outreach
• Follow Fair Housing and safety regulations
