Property Manager - Indianapolis, IN
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Paid After 90 Days)

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a well-established, conventional apartment community in Indianapolis, IN. This role requires a confident, hands-on leader with a minimum of 3+ years of conventional multifamily management experience who can drive results, lead teams, and maintain high operational standards.

Note: This position is conventional housing only. Tax credit / LIHTC experience is not preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Proven ability to improve occupancy, control expenses, and drive NOI
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations of the apartment community
• Lead leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams
• Drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction
• Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain accurate reporting
